One of the first things that a person looks at while meeting another
person is quality of skin because skin is the most apparent aspect of
anyone’s physical appearance. Healthy and beautiful skin is a good
indication of an individual general health and fitness. In spite of
being healthy few people face minor problem with their skin which does
not look so attractive and need special treatment for them. Two of such
skin problems are
- Venous lake: Venous Lake is a venous malformation, often on the lower lip, which could be the result from a trauma or a genetic factor. The venous lake removal is generally done by lasers. Soft and hard tissue lasers are used for removing these black lesions on the lower lip. This painless, simple treatment takes just 10 minutes and common in most dental centers. Reoccurrence of this problem was observed in few patients.
- Rosacea: Chemical peel for rosacea is suggested by few for reducing inflammation caused by redness of skin. This skin problem looks like acne and some feel that it is a type of acne, which is not true. The skin needs to heal for which it requires the body to be hydrated. Applying jojoba oil can also help in improving the conditions. Another way of handling this skin reddening issue is having a balanced diet. Treating rosacea is a process of treating the whole body and maintaining a good PH level in the body. Treatment for rosacea varies from person to person. The reasons are not yet established.
